FIRST PARTICIPATION OF BM AT CEMAT IN HANNOVER

BM built – especially for the CeMAT – a Mini Crate Manipulator. An unexpected number of visitors stopped to see the CM in operation and were surprised about the unique technique which guarantees both: highest speed and soft handling.

Because of the great success BM will join most probably also the next CeMAT.

We hope to see you there too!

FIRST UNIVERSAL CAST-ON-STRAP MACHINE LOADER SHIPPED

BM has shipped its first modular designed, robust and fast loader for a Cast-on-Strap machine to one of the Exide factories in Europe.

The order did also include accessoires like vertical element conveyor, element alignement, lug bending and a special odd plate feeder.

AUSTRIAN FEDERAL MINISTER OF ECONOMICS AND LABOUR DR. MARTIN BARTENSTEIN ON PLANT TOUR IN BM!

Dr. Martin Bartenstein visited on September 23rd, 2005 together with the member of the Austrian Parliament, Mr. Jochen Pack, BM-Battery Machines in Ebersdorf. They were joined from the Mr. Sigi Breiner, Head of the Chamber of Commerce office in Hartberg and the Mayor of Ebersdorf, Mr. Gerald Maier.
The whole delegation, but especially Dr. Bartenstein was extremely interested in all the BM activities like R&D of machines, the design system, the market, the manufacturing process and the employees.

Crate Manipulator CM-6-2200

BM has recently delivered two fully automatic Crate Manipulators CM 6-2200 to England.
The machines will be installed in a meat processing factory and they will stack up to 4.400 totes with 3 different tote heights per hour fully automatically. The totes with 600 x 400mm will be filled with meat and the load can vary between 5-16kg. The CM 6-2200 are working at an ambient temperature of 1° C; therefore the machines are completely galvanized respectively made from stainless steel and synthetic material.

New enveloping machine model BM 6

The new BM 6 combines in a perfect way proven BM-Elbak enveloping machine technology with lowest investment costs.

Where else can you get a machine which wraps up to 100 plates per minute and stacks them with the complementary plates to groups of a given size for a price under EUR 100.000.-!!!
